If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your food.
Refunds, credits, or replacements may be provided at the discretion of management in situations including:
• Incorrect items delivered
• Missing items
• Food quality concerns
• Orders damaged during delivery
Maredo’s Pizza may request photographs or additional information when investigating a complaint.
Refunds will not normally be issued for:
• Change of mind after preparation
• Personal taste preferences
• Orders consumed substantially before reporting an issue
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment whenever possible.

While we take reasonable precautions, Maredo’s Pizza prepares food in a shared kitchen environment. We cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free from allergens including dairy, wheat, gluten, soy, eggs, sesame, nuts, or other allergens. Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should inform our staff before ordering.
